Welcome to the Second Civil War

Out here in la la (Los Angeles) land...it doesn't take a rocket scientist to know that issues regarding unchecked illegal immigration are coming to a head. Just this last week, over 500,000 people (many illegal I suspect) demonstrated against enforcement of US immigration laws outlined in a recent HR bill passed by the House of Representatives. The bill was being debated by the US Senate. As usual, our spineless elected officials caved in to political correctness and gutted major portions of the bill.

I am really getting sick and tired of having illegal aliens dictate US domestic policy!!!! I resent the fact that as a natural born citizen, military veteran and former civil servant, I have less status and stature than someone who is not entitled to even be in this country!!!!!

I was truly sickened by thousands...hundreds of thousands...of people strolling through the streets waving big Mexican flags, cursing the United States and waving flags by the hundreds with the radical Chicano pride organization emblem of MeCha. This organization advocates the creation of a separate Latino country made up of the southwestern states to be called Aztlan.
Viva Mexico...viva la raza...were just a few of the slogans thrown about. And all of this nationalist pride was deemed perfectly acceptable by our elected officials. I can only imagine what backlash would occur if 500,000 white AMERICANS took to the streets to voice their pride in their race, or call for interference in the domestic policies of Mexico. Time after time...Mexico screams and yells about the U.S. interfering in it's internal affairs. Too bad it doesn't practice what it preaches! If you love Mexico that much...please feel free to move back there! Change your own corrupt country...instead of destroying mine!

Speaking of protests. What the hell is wrong with all the millions of actual citizens and legal residents who support better control over illegal immigration? Survey and after survey...poll after poll...show that a majority of Americans support a tougher stance on illegal immigration. Yet the only group to have done anything to show Congress how they feel about it...are the Minuteman Project. These are real Americans who are concerned about the eroding immigration situation and send watchers to our southern borders to document thousands of people streaming across our borders unchecked each day. Of course...groups such as these are branded as right wing wackos...or neo nazis...or white supremists. Bullshit!!!!!

I live in ground zero of the second civil war. The storm is brewing...and the question hangs before all citizens of this country. Do we roll over and let some third world dictatorship drag us down the road to perdition? Or do we stand up...show some spine...and quit bowing to political correctness and the all mighty dollar? Just how much money does it take to sell your country to the highest (or lowest) bidder. Slavery was never really ended...it just took a new form. Instead of having blacks as slaves...now it is hispanics...working for slave wages for greedy American business tycoons, CEOs, politicians and the wealthy.
