October 1979. My patrol dog Dassel, and I on patrol near the Korean Demiliterized Zone between North and South Korea. The weapon I have is a GAU-5A Submachine Gun. If you look closely, you can see a muzzle hanging off of my belt. A needed piece of equipment. I captured 2 suspected North Korean agents later that night.
